It feels as though I have spoken a lot about white women and their role in white supremacy in recent weeks. Starting with my TEDx talk, I spoke about my experience in the workplace with white male superiority. The interesting part of the story is that the actions that enabled it were perpetuated against me by a white woman. When I chose the central story of my TEDx talk, my coach asked me who I was talking to. I was talking to Black women. However, I did have a portion of my talk about a paragraph, where I directly addressed the role of white women. It was the part that I forgot to deliver, so now we will get to it.
